Services

Valleylabs Creative Studio provides brand identity, website design and social media management services as described in each proposal and contract.

Scope and revisions

Each project has a defined scope and a fixed number of revision rounds, stated in the contract. Extra pages, rounds or deliverables are billed separately.

Payment

Projects booked through the website require a signed contract and a 50% deposit. The balance is due before final files are delivered. Projects bought through Etsy are paid on Etsy and are subject to Etsy's terms.

Client responsibilities

Clients provide content, photos, approvals and feedback on time. Delays may move the delivery date. Domain, hosting and platform fees are paid by the client.

Ownership

Final files transfer to the client after full payment. Valleylabs may show the finished work in its portfolio unless the client opts out in writing.

Content usage rights

Each social media management contract states whether content is for organic use or paid ads, and for how long. Use outside those terms needs written permission.

Limitation

Valleylabs does not guarantee specific business results such as revenue, bookings or price increases.
